It’s a high carbon steel, so it can rust, but that’s easy to resolve with a light coating of mineral or vegetable oil. Plus, it comes with an extended tang which makes it easy to deploy when needed.

The blade on the Bestech Mini Dundee features a gentle drop point tip, which is great for getting on with fine detail work. A precision machined fuller improves blade stiffness and doubles as a grip for opening the knife. The grind lines are very sharp and clean – attention to detail has been paid to it’s construction and it shows. It’s high flat ground, offering a great slicing edge while also being easier to sharpen than some other designs.
