Returns

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you’re happy with your order. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, your may return it to us for a full refund. Please see more information below about our return policy.

Timeframe

All returns must be shipped to us within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be sent back in a new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please keep original packaging as this will need to be returned to us and aids in safe shipping of the item.

Process

To return an item, please email customer support on sales@edcwarehouse.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, please place the item securely in it’s original packaging and we’ll provide you with an addressed label.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we’ll process your return or exchange. Please allow a minimum of 5 business days from receipt of your item for us to process the return or exchange. We’ll notify you by email once the return has been processed.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please contact us for instructions. We’ll need to troubleshoot any issues and receive pictures of the item before we can proceed. There is no cost to return a fault on arrival product, we’ll provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.

Please Note:

Change of mind returns within 30 days of receiving your order are not pre-paid. You’ll need to arrange your own shipping to return these products.
Faulty or damaged on delivery goods are free to return, contact us and we’ll provide you with a free return label.
